The location was great, it was tucked away from the busy street. The cleanliness of my room exceeded my expectations. Amazing view from the pool with a hot water spring was the best part of my stay! The staff was always pleasant and greeted me with smiles.

I felt like I was in a food desert, absolutely nothing around nearby. The option of food that was delivered to the hotel wasn't very appealing, which left me wishing for something more.

Stunning ocean views and views of the nearby volcanoes, lovely rooms with AC and mosquito nets, beautiful 1/4 open bathrooms with plants, perfectly quiet with no noise or TVs, and a fantastic pool with natural hot and cold spring water. The hotel staff was friendly, and we enjoyed ordering the healthy fruit breakfast and local-priced dinner. The hotel is located in a remote area perfect for relaxing, but local activities like snorkeling and diving were available nearby.

We had such a romantic escape! the pool and hot spring were amazing and there was an amazing yoga deck. the staff were so friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome. We loved the fresh food and the incredible relaxation massages. the gardens were so beautiful and we had such a peaceful time. We also enjoyed snorkelling and the trip to a gorgeous island nearby.

The location is a little remote, so we had to hire a driver for any excursions and there aren't many nearby restaurants or shops. there wasn't a lot of information available about nearby activities, so we had to do some research beforehand.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the pool and hot spring were a perfect way to unwind. We loved the delicious food from the nearby warung and the mini market next door was convenient. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.
